That Prime MJ build has been such a sleeper for the past few 2Ks. Everybody has had a Playshot, but the HoF Slashing/secondary Shooting can literally do everything in the game. It's basically a Slashing Shot Creator - 90+ Post Fade, all contact dunks, decent defense, Pro dribble moves, and stepback/moving 3s. I always like replicating Kobe/MJ with that build, but I've made it 6'5 in the past few 2Ks because the stats are better. I call it a James Harden build because MJ and Kobe weren't 6'5, so it just feels wrong calling it a Kobe build.
I had that build since 2k18 but 2k20 had better stats, got to a 99 and had 88 dunk and 86 mid and 3pt but Im still rocking with this build now and the shooting is easier

Note that lowering this anymore than where it is will not get it all dunk packages at 99) One of the big reasons it has better stats like this is because it's 6'3, which I'm aware isn't close to Jordan's height, but as a build it might be better. I actually made the second build just before this video was posted, except I made mine 6’4 and it’s a 2 way slashing playmaker instead. I’m liking the build so far, and I still need badges so I would recommend using it for sure

I’ve been cookin in the builder and you can get a center with a pretty decent 3 ball. I’m super tempted to grind one out
Gameplay is very good on current gen imo outside of the OP shooting right now… but it SHOULD be good since it’s the same game like 4 years in a row… they’ve really fine tuned a lot of issues they’ve had.

Would anyone recommend these builds for a brand new player? I know everyone says shooting is easy but I can’t seem to do it yet. Early days and probably due to the character being 60 etc. Which one of the builds would you recommend. Tbh I’ll mostly be playing career until I get the hang of it anyway. Would you go defensive and dunks or rounded to learn the game? Any help appreciated
@@marshme1665 I’m sorry man. You can make the yellow blue pie chart for Bron again but you can’t get elite contact dunks with that pie chart. You will have pro contacts but other than that the rest is pretty similar to the past
I only make 2 way finishers, make sure it’s a shooting guard, 65 max wing vert speed chart, I can’t get boards at all, but I got a 22,5,12,14 spread, I also have 88 standing dunk so that’s why I can’t get boards, and I can get hella blocks
This build has a lot of names, on that pie chart, change a little and it can be, a 2way slasher, 2way finisher, 2way slashing playmaker, 2way facilitating finisher or just facilitating finisher, all with 84 dunk and 75 3p
