A real time demonstration of myself drawing the Platonic solids inside the Flower of Life.
In three-dimensional space, a Platonic solid is a regular, convex polyhedron. It is constructed by congruent (identical in shape and size), regular (all angles equal and all sides equal), polygonal faces with the same number of faces meeting at each vertex.

Hi, Zak. Thank you for your work. Recently I've been searching for ways of centring and focusing. Sacred Geometry has always fascinated me, as well as Eastern Philosophies, and following along your beautiful work has helped with this tremendously. Thank you so much and please, keep doing what you're doing. All the best.

I love your stuff mate. I tried Metatron’s cube a few days ago but there were just so many lines, I ended up stopping half way through. It was hard to figure out where all the Platonic solids started and ended. So I went back to the fundamentals and found this video of yours in hopes that it would help to understand the 5 solids as they stand independently first. Only after I fully understand them individually, will I attempt Metatron’s Cube.
Keep up the great work mate 🤟🤟🤟
Side note, you know what would be cool is if there was somewhere we could all take pictures of the progress and post them somewhere to show you, maybe get some pointers. As of now, I have everything I’ve learned and drawn hanging on my wall, lol.

Something feels off with the icosahedron. I think the outside edges of the "triforce" triangle need to bend outwards so there is only one equilateral triangle in the center. Four makes the image distorted.

You are an amazing artist! Watching your mandalas has inspired me to do my own. I have done about 6... mine are on larger paper and I mix in other styles... so far they take me a week or two to finish. However, before seeing your art I had not done art in nearly 10 years. I went to the art institute many years before that and ended up switching to psychology 2 years into a graphic design degree. I didn't even realize I had any creative talent before that.
Anyway, I love watching your videos and appreciate your time and effort. Thank you very much for sharing it with the world!

Have you heard of the app called SkillShare? It is a place where artists teach courses through videos about all different styles of art. Everything from illustration to how to make money through creating art, and everything in between.
It costs $19 a month or $99 a year to have access to the courses/classes. Because of that I would imagine the teachers get paid. I know you would be great at it! Skillshare doesn't have anyone teaching Mandalas, that I have seen so far at least. Just something to think about! They do have an app, but I'm going to share their website with you so that you can browse it.
Either way, I look forward to seeing more of your art and I MUST tell you that I am completely in-love with your astrology calendar you created recently with the stage of the moon for the date. It feels very mythical to me.
      Stay blessed!

    • @deathstarHQ

The great pyramid combines 2 pyramids in an 11:7 ratio, the smaller 1 is rotated 45 degree's then all 4 sides are inverted to those points, making 8 sides. Symmetry, and proportionate scaling incorporated in to the same structure.

Sacred geometry is just drawing pretty pictures. There's an entire science behind it, always lost on people.

I wouldn't say it's always lost and I think that learning how to draw the geometry of the universe is a great stepping stone to the "science" of sacred geometry.
