I'm a grown man...and I would probably cry if I ever got to meet Metallica. They have been THE constant thing in my life throughout my life. School life...military life.....married life....fatherhood...divorced life......finding myself again. It all started with my first copy of Ride The Lightning on cassette......then I went and got kill em all, and a few months later Master Of Puppets came out.. (I just aged myself). I wouldn't go hugging them like the girl here....but I can understand the sentiment.
On a serious note... 0.30 James knew how serious she was and how much she thought of him and like a pure classy legend he is he shows her the respect by taking off his glasses and wipes away her tears with his on hand, it's just a little thing like that this girl will never forget in her life and will take to her grave, pure gentleman pure class pure legend..
he does do them but no very often like once every other month or so i dont even think he done any last year. he hardly ever does them and its people like that girl who went ape shit over him that he doesn't cause he fells awkward when that happens and i dont blame him

Slow down guys! The slow tempo is what makes this song so heavy, don't rush the thing! It's a bad habit you guys are doing with most of the black album stuff!
actually in interviews they've said that they play faster live on purpose with songs that tend to run really long. yea i agree that the tempo is exactly why the songs are so good, but i get the whole time saving issue lol

I was there!! Right before the Snakepit. It was my 4th Metallica concert in Poland and I think it was the best one!! Metallica in their whole hugeness and in the best relationship with the audience. Perfect day!!! outstanding performance!!!

I love watching the fans meeting the band...The fans are so awestruck and the Metallica guys are so cool about everything they say, even when the fans are gaga over them haha...The band probably doesn't even realize that they just made those fans' lives with the short meetings they had....GOD BLESS METALLICA!!
