Highly doubt it we'd likely need to trade all 5 of our picks which I would still do. It's not just getting both its the fact we'd have 27m in cap space to fill out the rest of our roster too while also getting 2 perfect fits. Even just signing KOJ to run the 2 would give us a versatile/athletic/long wing position then help fill out the bench

I would love to get Mikal Bridges. If we can get Finney Smith as well then that would be a bonus. I don't like the idea of Monk starting with Maxey. Too small. I'd prefer a defensive guard like KCP or even a cheaper, younger option like Dyson Daniels if we can get him in a trade

Are we giving up all our draft Capital for Mikal Bridges and DFS? That would be $38M in salary taken back, leaving us with about $17M or so to sign Free Agents to fill out our roster. With Kelly Oubre being a Free Agent, he played well enough to bring back, but should be expecting a raise for sure...alot of decisions to be made, but "Big Star Hunting" shouldn't be one of them...a PG needs to be priority also because Maxey really wants to score
I want this trade the most of any I've heard. Don't want old PG or Butler. He would be the PERFECT third option between Masey and Embiid. Not a ball hog plus great defense. Finney-Smith is the perfect PF to throw in there. This also leaves room to find high end point guard, backups, plus re-signe Oubre. Leaves Cap room to pick up a real backup to Embiid - Drummond, Valancuinas, or Plumlee cause we know he will miss gamea and will need limited minutes during the season. Realistically it will probably take 4 first rounders. You are not getting Drummond in minimum. Get him then get Delon Wright for Point - great value pickup.

Thats not how it works. Resigning Batumn even on a minimal contract would eat about 17 mil of our cap space (size of his cap hold) so you could not do all the things stated.
The cap hit is just a placeholder. It gets replaced one you sign him. Same deal with Maxey. Maxey has a $13 MM cap hold that will be replaced with his salary once the Sixers sign him to the extension. Cap holds are just designed as placeholders.
If sixers can get either kuzma,ingram or bridges,We can be a championship team.

PG13 would not bring us over that hump. All that move would do is clog up salary, and we’d be lacking depth. Jimmy butler is way to injure prone these recent yrs, which is only going to get worse with age. If the sixers did everything in this video, we are 1,000x better than if we were to get an old head star.
