Suddently I have the motivation and stability of mind and emotion to start working out and eating healthy on a daily basis. Something that I've struggled with for a long time. For the past week it's been the most easy thing. I feel present and I feel peace. And I have more patience with myself. I trust myself/life/the universe more... Feels great! Much needed.

yes, i resonate with this. it has been tough beyond belief, and so hard to feel the nudges of spirit world saying that it will pass. we are ok even when they are. so much fear and anxiety. yet knowing in the midst of it that we will be ok. breathe, get into nature, shift focus. sending big love
I’ve had it hammered in me all my life to stay small, whenever I succeeded and bloomed I was hammered back down.. I’m trying very hard to break out of that succeed get smashed mindset 🙏❤️

That's crazy, because I fell upon this shortly after coming home from a night out driving people around.... Where all was radiant and high energy fun.... And then out of nowhere. I was being attacked from behind while driving.... "People pushing on you or pulling you" .... Ive always vibrated at higher fequences...and I was left bewildered as to what that experience tonight was trying to show me..... "Jolted into the now, grounding...seeing stop signs" yea that was a stop sign. Thanks for some hints on the grounding message behind that madness! 🙏

This is soooo accurate for me. I will be starting a new job this month when I’m a manager - a first in my professional career since I was used to being in the background and assisting (happily might I add as an introvert and hsp). Very excited and very anxious too - a sign of growth. Nice to know this aligns with collective energy which I figured due to the way this new opportunity came about so thanks as always Lee for bringing this fresh perspective monthly!

Like your report Lee thanks. I would mention though that highly sensitive people can also be extroverts. We can be outgoing but lack confidence to take certain leaps or be extroverts in temporary confusion and in temporary hiding because it may feel "too hard" to start again after dropping so much and a lack of motivation, finances and confidence to do the mundane tasks to serve others with our abilities. Perfectionism leads to procrastination even for highly sensitive extroverts. Some of us are natural emotional leaders but we also don't always have the warrior left in us. I must have had about ten emotional outbursts in the past month. Thanks for sharing.
I find some conflict and thought the exact same thing. My frequency was too high for them and it was frustrating for those around me. Wow thank you for recognizing and saying that. It's very validating and helpful reminder

I giggled when you talked about grounding in conjunction with the "spiritually high among us." I've noticed that grounding isn't what it used to be. There's so much helium in the balloon, so to speak, that my new normal is a feeling of perpetually floating to some degree. I appreciate the reminder to be more Earth-oriented. 💖✨

Yes, to Julia's comment, so much anxiety I almost feel like I'm vibrating with it. I feel almost out of breath and rushed, very hard to calm down. Hard to sleep.
Yes groundedness has been a big challenge for me for most of my life as a high vibrational soul. I have found it very challenging to stay anchored in my body and therefore challenging to attract and hold my truth in relationships and business wise 😏

I’m kinda cycling btwn feeling totally grounded and grateful etc and then totally ungrounded anxious dark thoughts. It’s asking me to observe these feelings and not be taken in by old less preferred thoughts but man it’s no joke!

my bday is august 11 with with my sun in the 1st house at 18 degrees with leo rising and for the last few weeks I have had crazy dreams and my usual high energy is gone...my ability to release soft tissue dysfunction has dramatically improved to the point my clients come for one treatment for a chronic soft tissue pain they have had for years being completely resolved in one treatment...but I have no energy and I can't eat red meat anymore! and men seem to notice me a lot more

Tom Silcox I don’t even know what archons are. Don’t think I want to know 😳 I just assumed I’m picking this up from the collective consciousness... I deal with enough negative entities from our world, don’t want to deal with things from other worlds. I assume archons are alien. Dammit. Will have to google them now! 😂 Still think I’m dealing with the collectives emotions though.
Some say if we see all as one we have nothing to protect ourselves from and the feelings we feel are actually ours but may have been dormant until a resonant energy triggers it. Ie you're on a train home and you notice you've gotten angry and although others triggered the anger, it was in you all the time but awakened by the others same vibration. Feel into it and observe it to accept it and watch it transmute. I hear you though I suspect we are just so bloody sensitive that it feels unbearable to think actually this is still us. We are all one. No them just activating resonant and dormant vibration
How do you tell the difference? Like whether it’s yours or not
Katie in the case of anxiety it’s easy, cause I’m not an anxious person. I meditate and have a “ look” at what’s going on inside me. For example June/ July was all about death and purging. SO much resentment and bitterness came up in me. It was all mine. I go inside myself and see what’s behind the resentment and try and let it all go. It’s a challenge! Just last night the Awakened Warrioress put out a quick video about this anxiety, so she confirmed I’m not crazy! And she put it in such a way that I now don’t mind helping clearing the anxiety for the planet!

BK Swanson thanks! I only trust a few RUclipsrs. Most “light workers” are still connected to dark things in some way or other. It takes LOADS of work and years to get rid of all those burdensome ties. I basically only trust Lee completely and my intuition/ instincts! 😂 I can see he’s clear. Certainly very on to it is Aluna and the Awakened Warrioress. Then the Peace Dealer and Kelly Rosano ( she’s clear too) for astrology and Soulful Revolution for tarot. You have to be VERY careful and discerning. All this crap out there about people ascending and basically disappearing is pathetic. Such a cop out. Anyway, all the best to you.
