In Sweden you need to be 18 to go to a restaurant and have a drink. You need to be 20 to go to the liquor store to buy your own alkohol. In between that, its available anyways Terry as you thought! 😂 What a great play from the Swedish guys overall and solid play from all the players. Congratulations to the winner! Thank you Terry and i am in the "show all 18 holes" corner.
Thanks Terry for the great coverage. I've watched the young European players playing in Europe. I was impressed with their putting. Thx again for your work!
I like it. I guess I can understand the reasoning for splitting it up in two nines when you have a team that starts working on the editing right away like Jomez do. But other than that, one full length video is much with 18 holes is better.
Hole 8. I'd throw my streamline jet backhand right hand. It's the best understable long range driver. Also maybe a missy Gannon thrasher if it's windy. Thanks for the coverage Terry 🙂
Spoiler alert: . . . . . Hjalmar is going to be an absolute force to be reckoned with the more he matures, he already is but he's got so much room for growth and experience. I'm stoked for the kid, love watching him put his entire body into his drives and he's incredibly accurate and makes it look effortless. Can't wait to see him on tour this year!
2xG. Hole 5. Wow !! 9 too! Dayum G! Thanks Terry for showing all 18 in one run. No reason to break it up. 🙏 Also I just want to point out that the tradition of shaking the chains on a starframe (Its actually a square-frame. Star-frame was when we used to have 5 on a card. Pre-Covid🙄) ..... That tradition of shaking the chains is Awesome. I'm sorry 2G, Noah and Cam couldn't respect that part of the round for Hjalmar. I'm definitely gonna learn how to say his name correctly now. 😅 Oh yeah. Cam getting right into it on 13. lol. Then on 14 a mysterious missed putt by Hjalmar. I can't imagine how he could have been distracted right there. Its not like there were cars speeding by or anything like that. Hole 15 ...... "Don't hit a baby. Don't hit a baby." You just can't make this stuff up. 😆 What a great interview at the end. Really good stuff DGG. Thank you!
In Sweden you need to be 18 to buy alcohol on a bar. And 20 to buy in a store & bring it home. So Hjalmar cant drink alcohol. For me it doesn’t matter if you do a front & back 9. Or 18 holes as you did. Great work Terry! 👏
Thanks for the coverage. If you break it up into two videos, I feel like my comments aren't too frequent 😜. I don't care if you put the coverage in one video or two - just keep the coverage coming!
I don't like putting last for the star frame. I missed a 5 foot putt once for the star frame in a tournament being last to putt and even said to the rest of the card sarcastically "hope I don't mess up the star frame" with a chuckle, then I picked up my disc and proceeded to mess up the star frame lol. Still shot a 47 and took second place but it still haunts me to this day.
S P O I E R Congratz Hjalmar! 3/5 top 5, nice little vacation trip, and the representation of the Swedes is very nice, Latitude 64, Innova and finishing it off with Heatland whom is pushing the domestic pro scene with SDGPT to new heights (quite some coverage by Gatekeeper Media of that this year) ;) As for F9 / B9 or full 18? What's best for you when the payment doesn't come with any stipulations? Do that one ;)
Thanks for the video. You asked if 18 holes is good. It takes a commitment to watch 18 holes, when 2x9 is really easy to fit in any schedule. I think I'd watch any Major final round as an 18 hole video. Random A-tiers maybe 2x9's. I mean it's fine, it's good, it's disc golf, can't go wrong with either. :)
@@jussitapiorissanen - for what it's worth, my edits are usually pretty quick and not overly fancy. So when I had a full 18 come in under an hour I think about how that compares to some nines that can take 45 to 55 minutes. So getting all 18 in a single video seemed more appealing and I wouldn't do it if it would have been over an hour for instance.
Oh, true, there's longer courses, true. As a casual yet daily consumer, but also a father with a day job, I'm having a hard time watching anything over 30 mins in one sitting. I mean, I will in the end watch it all, so it's not that important.
On star frame pressure, how about putting third. First is farthest out so less pressure. Fourth is closest and less pressure but that third is the 15-20 that could be missed but shouldn't.
Just curious, on Hole-4 Messerschmitt's putt, he kicks his puck. Is that regarded as a foot-fault? I know it was actually very close and I may not have called it. But if that were my putt and there was any question, I may have asked another on the card if they thought it was okay? Should he have checked with a card mate as to what they thought? Replayed slowly, IMO it likely happened at same time, so I would give the tie to the runner so to speak.
To be clear, I'm not mad at him personally, but more so the concept of ANYONE talking loudly on their phone while spectating the lead card or any card for that matter of a disc golf event in the middle of the course.
At first, I thought someone was just a loud fan that wasn't being quiet for the throws. Only to turn around multiple times during the hole to see someone carrying on a loud phone conversation from the fairway. Double G mentioned to me after putting out on hole 1 that someone was still on the phone. I couldn't believe it and mind you ...I'm deaf in one of my ears.
Once again, thank you Terry! Good filming and commentating as always. Love seeing Swedes on coverage :)
Thanks Terry! Great showing from the young up and coming Swede!
Frederiksson has crazy power on his putt. Smooth and effortless from well outside C2.
I like it all in one video, great job... very entertaining!
53:20 "I mean, come on! Does it get any better than that?" 👀
Also, I'm cool with the full 18 in one vid! We appreciate your work regardless Terry
I literally laughed out loud when Terry said, “ Cam certainly not Messerschmitten around here today!” Keep the jokes coming Terry.

When the round is so short, I really like to get the whole round in one part.
39:55 MEN HJALMAR FÖR HELVETE😂😂😂
Thanks Terry! You are the disc golf guy!!!!
I like the whole 18 in one video. No searching for the back 9

Like the 18 holes fun card to watch thanks Terry!
9 or 18 or 54 per video. Whatever gets you more payday, Terry! Thanks for the coverage!
Definitely feel the heat more putting last on a star frame. Thanks Terry!

Love the 18 hole coverage…Thanks!
The WTF, Richard! quote got me. Nice one.

Thanks for good coverage. I like all 18 holes at once. 👍
Snyggt jobbat Hjalmar!!
Double G hole 5 probably the best hyzer flip shot I have ever seen wow.
I feel more pressure as the last to putt unless I’m parked

King Hjalmar, kicking ass 🎉🎉🎉🎉
You tell’em Terry - no loud mouths! Thanks for the coverage again!
Great commentary Terry. Much appreciated. Funny stuff too
I wasn’t there Sunday so the guy at 4:35 was definitely not me.
Grattis Hjalmar! 🔥🔥🔥

Question. More nervous putting first or last on potential star frame?
Putting first.
Lost vs Hjalmar when he was 13, so it feels a bit better now when he beat GG.

I've played the hole...it's 100% a backhand cut roller hole.
thanks for the coverage terry I hope someone told that guy on the phone to shut up I would of 😂😂

hey man , for final round all 18 in a row is ok as long as its round about an hour in total :)
i see a new flavor. Double Tree Mando Mango edition.
Great production!!!
left to right 428ft? I'll "attack" it for par. Forehand and putter upshot
Yeah, on 8, I am not getting there without a 3 wood 😜
hole 8 probably forehand to 30-50 ft and try to make the putt
Cam is from Vancouver WA, like me :)
Hole 8. I have 450' side arm power. Hit first available , throw up shot hit guardian, air ball putt. tap in 4.
back hand roller is my only chance.

#7489 Jack Mason, AKA "The Loud Phone Guy". Honestly, this is one of the lesser weird things for Jack.

Shaking the chains after a star frame, is not a European tradition.
Interesting. I've been playing here in the US for roughly 33 years and it's not something I ever did or saw until a European card did it overseas.
@@thediscgolfguy I think it´s a tradision in Slovenia, or the Checz Republic.
Amazing work Terry! It is very nice to have some off-season coverage to look at. 🥏
