Oil change and lube job on 1974 Chevy Monte Carlo

This falls under basic maintenance.
One of the hallmarks of long engine life is regular oil changes. This video is just a basic oil change and lube job done by a detail oriented hobbyist rather than a bang-it-out-as-fast-as-possible shop mechanic.
I religiously change my oil every 3,000 miles and lube the chassis every 6000 miles. Some folks have criticized me saying I'm wasting money by changing oil that frequently, but then none of them are driving a 50 year old commuter car. I have my reasons for everything I do and for those who want to know them, please ask questions in the comments below.
