Very interesting! I found this by searching for Dr. Nazarian based on someone's post in a message forum years ago in regards to successful treatment of plantar fasciitis with ultrasound assisted dry needling. I've been dealing with PF for awhile now and my podiatrist is sending me for an ultrasound. Up until watching this, I figured an MRI would be better. I'm glad I looked through this in its entirety, as I was having shoulder pain about 5 years ago. Saw an orthopedist who suspected a SLAP tear and sent me for an MRI. MRI said labrum was torn and Dr wanted to do surgery. I refused and held off quite awhile on upper body workouts and within 6 months the pain had faded. I still had to be careful when I returned to lifting for about a year, but I avoided the side effects of surgery. Whether the MRI was read wrong and/or the DR saw $$$$ potential with surgery, I don't know.
