Can I just say how much I love Bob McNally. We are so lucky to have him living among us and to invent such wonderful instruments like the Martin Backpacker and the Strumstick in all its many configurations. Watching Bob here is so refreshing hearing his experience and knowledge. I am very new to guitar and have been getting frustrated after only a month or so, but I have at least built my calluses. I was very glad to hear that typically on average it should take me around 6 months to get past the hump of total incompetence and to start of the road towards legends like Clapton. Today I received my 2 Strumsticks in the mail the D-33 Grand and the G-31 Super G. I have been playing them non-stop and having a great time. I think I will play them at the start of my daily practice, before moving on to my guitar practice. It will be a fun way to ease into the hard stuff. Thank you Bob McNally, for all you have done for us beginner musicians and the joy you have brought to this world.
