CVic Magpantay Gankoomon was in DigiAdventure PSP, Jesmon is the last member so probably why you might not know him.

i was wondering can i obtain one of these royal knights from a quest? or do i just have to evolve my digimons for them.
You have to just digivolve them but you have to defeat them all in the Great Challenge cases to unlock their digivolutions.
