    The Arnold and Ruby case is a perfect fit with the Missing 411 cases. Missing shoes, bodies found in an area previously searched, near or in water and bodies not decomposing rapidly. Classic Missing 411traits. David Paulides needs to see this ASAP

    • @amodernalchemist432
      @amodernalchemist432 3 года назад +7

      These are easily explained especially with a vehicular accident. Both Arnold and Ruby could have suffered head injuries like concussions, wandered off from the car and died from exposure. People act weird and do weird things when in a concussive state. Ruby's body was decomposed beyond recognition which makes sense since she was found in a wet ditch but exposed to the air and Arnold's body wasn't as decomposed because it was submerged in the cold ditch water that has low oxygen levels which are perfect conditions to keep the body preserved and stop or significantly slow down the decomposition process. Ever hear of the "bog bodies" of found in the UK? Old bodies found submerged in bogs that were literally mummified from similar water conditions.
      I don't think this is *classic* 411 material since science easily explains these instances. If this was 411 material I'm positive Dave woulda picked up on this case since it's fairly old.

    Dennis s final narration about Resurrection Mary is SO good! Gives the final touch to the tale.

  • @borderreiver3288
    @borderreiver3288 5 лет назад +7

    Resurrection Mary was killed by a hit and run driver....and haunts that area still....The most accurate version of the story of Resurrection Mary concerns a young girl who was killed while hitchhiking down Archer Avenue in the early 1930’s. Apparently, she had spent the evening dancing with a boyfriend at the O Henry Ballroom. At some point, they got into an argument and Mary (as she has come to be called) stormed out of the place. Even though it was a cold winter’s night, she thought, she would rather face a cold walk home than another minute with her boorish lover. She left the ballroom and started walking up Archer Avenue. She had not gotten very far when she was struck and killed by a passing automobile. The driver fled the scene and Mary was left there to die. Her grieving parents buried her in Resurrection Cemetery, wearing a white dress and her dancing shoes. Since that time, her spirit has been seen along Archer Avenue, perhaps trying to return to her grave after one last night among the living.....we will never know the truth about the plane accident...if it was shot down by a missile the military will never tell...and the government are also in on the cover-up....those two vile scum need to be executed for terrorising the family....just why the hell do people keep so much money in the home...asking for trouble...the two brothers should have been taken out like they wanted not waste money keeping them...the justice system totally failed the people by only giving them derisory sentences..now free to rob again...should have executed that vile scum for what he did to that poor woman...what a strange man..a poor prospector and living the high life...and now looking for heirs who have a fortune awaiting them...

      @pensacolian211 7 лет назад

      Stack had that effect on a lot of the stories, even the ones that had nothing to do with the supernatural. Farina's version just isn't the same. The old music also made a big difference. I wish they would have at least kept the old music, but then again I didn't see the point of updating it at all. Same stories, with half the content trimmed away, and a new host. The whole thing was just pointless. The dated look of the old show added to the creepiness of it. It was a good thing. There is nothing creepy about this version, and that is a bad thing. I think most people who watched the original watched it because it was creepy. I know that's why I watched it. This version is no different from the countless other true crime shows around today.

    I can vividly remember this first episode with the kids in the car accident, (with Robert Stack) ...... I thought then, and I believe to this day that they ( as crazy as it sounds) had been abducted by aliens. I kept waiting for the lone survivor to recall: seeing lights in the sky just before the crash. This is by far the most bizarre case of UM I have ever seen, and the most logical explanation to me is 👽 abduction. Laugh all you want, but who or what slammed that door shut? In such an isolated area, and there was no other cars around? Different states of decomposition to the bodies? Anyone else with a better theory please explain.

    The 3 people that saw Arnold alive in the car with him clearly would have been who to target in the case. In a situation like that they should have been offered immunity even if they murdered him or knew who did.
    Clearly they knew something since they lied.
    8:50 I dont get how the police or a family member of Ruby or Arnold wouldnt have gone to them for answers. I think many family members of them wouldnt leave those 2 alone if they knew and were lying. The cop clearly thought they both were lying and just seemed to accept that because he couldnt legally do anything else.
    It seems to me based on the story that Arnold killed her and took her body with him somewhere else and waited for it to thaw to drop her off and decided to die too. He would have needed the help of those 2 people in the back of the car I bet. Based on this story he was alive another 3 months or so though.
    Either way his male friend could have helped him with either her body or his body when they were dropped off. Arnold could have just regretted killing her or the man in the back of the car killed her and later killed him too.
    In all kinds of unsolved cases this one seems stupid that those 2 in the back could have known everything and just lied and lied.
    It is also possible she died on accident since we do not know how drunk or injured either of them was. Arnold is the reason she died in every context.
