INGREDIENTS
4 Cups of Broccoli Florets
1 Cup of Shredded Carrots (match- stick)
2 Cups of Half & Half
1 Cup of Heavy Cream
2 Cups of Vegetable Broth
1 Small Onion
2 Large Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 Stick of Butter plus 1 Tablespoon
1/4 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon of Better than Bouillon Chicken Base
1/4 Cup of water, mix with Better than Bouillon Base
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups of Fresh Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
