Can I just say... your editing is everything! I love the simplicity of exposition and the lack of fooling around. Just a quick and easy-to-follow tutorial - the little bits of humour are a lovely plus. Don't need to go through a half an hour video to get the info I need and I know it'll work unless I'm a bit of a dummy when I try to replicate it lol It beats me how quickly you can figure these things out. I used your reaper trap to get my first one a few months ago and my husband was astounded by how quickly we both got impregnated... It took us longer to set up a 3x3 fob to pop the baby nearby [boosted server] xD

Just used this to tame my first Dinopith, and it was a lvl 150. It was in a troop of 8, so 5 wasn't enough to get them all in at the same time (I realize the size is customizable). I got 5 trapped, then hovered over the trapped ones with an Argy, and just clawed them from above. They generally couldn't hit me, and I could hit them. I killed 3 of them, and that made room for the alpha, and 2 of her buddies. Slowly killed them all with the Argy until the alpha was all that remained. I got underneath it, and hit it with a sword a time or two to get it below 85%, then tamed with prime meat. I haven't even really taken it out for a spin yet, but I'm eager to do so! Thanks so much for the trap - it works brilliantly!

Ok first of all that's genius. Second of all it's even a bit aesthetic (the kind of trap you don't mind leaving on a server for everyone to use). Third of all, by the way, it can absolutely be a public trap, since it doesn't require doors of any kind. That's really one of the best traps I've ever seen. I'm still sad it's not possible to save some of the non-alphas high lvl Dinopithecus of the pack, but at least it makes it less painful than my version, which consisted in grappling a tree and shooting from up there for 20min.

Your traps are always my go to, to get her done. And always the safest, easiest and least amount of resources. One question though are those fence supports or door frames
Gave this a try even though the monkeys kinda freak me out tbh This trap worked BEAUTIFULLY. Had to run down a juvenile (delinquent) for mine but damn, this is the easiest time I've ever had passive taming something. Even came with the taming food included 🤭

I made this trap on our server worked good but modified yours a little and it catches them and carnos constantly now 😂 basically filled in the spaces between the triangle ceilings with more triangle ceilings and made it two by five foundations instead of the single.

This trap is amazing I tame a 85 monkey (131 with the 44 of tame ) pretty good the only bad thing is that is a bit complex that they get In
