I hope they put in the equivalent of "mods" that change the behavior of skills to enable several different ways to play the same character. That'd make for more great chase items too.
The devs take so much feedback from the community and what we want to see added to this game and then actually try to work it in is awesome thing. I'm pretty hyped for this game. The empty world was what really brought the game down a bit. It was still very fun, but just running to one mission point to another with nothing in between was a bit dull. But being that they talked about a massive overhaul to that problem is just a further showing that they really listen to feedback during these beta tests. Hopefully that will keep going even after the official launch of the game.
They’re did bring this up and said there will be enemy filling between missions when your just exploring.

I played the beta and had alot of fun in it. Gave extensive feedback. Besides of the empty and generic world my biggest concern is the monetization. In the beta we could unlock all classes and even their premium variants. With relative minimal requirements. But all the components you need to forge a new let's call it 'frame' are screaming paywall to me. Everything that gave me the impression of a well thought out progress could turn out to be tedious grind or pay to get it easy and fast. This is where the game succeeds or where it dies off after a few weeks.
And to be honest, I expect it to die.
Cosmetics... on that topic. It's completely fine that that should be the main source of income, but then please also have a few that can be earned. For example for special challenges or events like Halloween, Christmas, etc. which also fit in visually with the game... so not bright, colorful stuff or the like that is so common in Asian games. Season pass is okay, but if so, then please do it like in Wayfinder where you can complete the pass after a season and not like in Destiny and all the others where the pass disappears after three months no matter how far you get into it. Monetization is important because developers don't just live on air and love... but it has to be designed fairly and only involve cosmetics. XP boost and catalyst boosts like season themes only with the paid pass like in Destiny... no thanks! I know it's Nexon and many people don't trust them, but they're definitely not such dishonorable rip-off artists as Bungie. Recycle everything and sell it to someone as "new" or say nostalgia! Pay for what you already had.
I played it when it first dropped thought it was fun asf needs some improvements but all around it was great. When is the actual release date?
Nothing yet on the release date, all we know is "Summer '24"

@@Vulkan_Gaming Do you think the music class will be like in Warframe where you can make your own music or just pre-made music? I would like it if it was like in Warframe with Octavia. As for the drone type, you saw a healing in the video but it would also be really cool if you could carry damage drones around with you. Jayber has technology stuff too but it bothers me that it's only stationary.

I played one of the previous betas and wasn't too impressed. I mean it wasn't bad, but didn't feel great either. But I am willing to give it another chance and see how much they've improved, because I would like it to become a really good game and hopeful it can be one.
I agree. I was left with a "meh" but hope it will turn out great. We'll see soon enough if we're right!

These days I'm just a long for the ride lol
Can't really be too picky. 90% of games that have a Korean dev team are going to have a decent amount of micro transactions. Nothing against them, thats just how their market for games is. I just hope the grind is fun for a little while, until other projects come out.

Idk why its so hard for companies to nail the looter shooter genre! The only relevent ones are warframe (released 2013) and maybe the division 2 (2019) every other looter shooter died in less than a year

i just wish these studios would start embracing power in their looter shooters. While outriders was not a live service, it was a great looter due to the insane power you felt from weapons and classes. Division is fun but ultimately the fantasy isnt there. i'm weird i don't consider warframe a looter shooter lol.

I have a silly australian question. When new games are on the horizon and people say things like "This game will be coming this summer" I am understandably confused because I know it will not be summer for me.
When this language is used in the gaming community, where is it based from? I know it's america... somewhere. (I'm moving to new york soon!!!!) But where specifically? Just so I'm a little more tuned in to when I can expect things to come. Lol
northern hemisphere pretty much all experience summer about the same time, so not really any specific location they just mean some vague time between june and september usually.
