As someone who relied on Arithmetic and Algebra sections only for CAT, what would you suggest I should do with my Quant prep in the next couple of weeks left till the XAT exam?.
if you don't mind, can you share the CAT percentile you got in the 1st attempt? and what made you decide as to retry for CAT next year, wherein instead you could've opted for a non-IIM Top 10 B-school?
i have one doubt. Can you please tell me is it ok if i complete all quant topics but do only '3d shapes and trigo' from geometry? other geo topics are just not getting into my head and i do not wish to spend time on something that i eventually might not be able to solve in the exam. Sir please provide XAT-level DI sets... I did some PYQs, was able to solve QA.. but unlike CAT DI which is more logical, it's very number heavy (atleast true for me). Please provide such, would really help. Thank you.
I studied from IQuanta only and found it very helpful 😅 Yes there are a lot of good coaching institutes but cannot be compared. Depends on the individual's learning style as well

I appeared for the NMAT exam few days back , my score is as follows - QUANTS -68 DILR - 88 VARC. -98 TOTAL -254 any luck with getting a call from NMIMS MUMBAI. the quant section appeared difficult to me when compared to NMAT by GMAC mocks. I am in my final year of graduation - I am a CAT aspirant and gave my first attempt this year (CAT 2023) but do not expect to get into IIM A/B/C so I have decided to take a drop and give a second attempt next year. Luckily, I have a job opportunity now... (even before I am graduate). I’m willing to take up this job till I get admission in IIM A/B/C or any other Tier 1 college next year. This job would earn me certain points in ‘work ex’ parameter of selection criteria. My query is will these working months (before I officially graduate) be considered as my work ex or only those working months after graduation will be considered. Kindly guide me through..

for clearing cutoff 7-8 ques and weightage of algebra+ arithmetic is more. Apart from that 3-4 ques each from geo, modern maths , no system comes in xat. @@MdImran-zb9fq

Kind of similar if you consider this year's cat paper but yes generally it's more difficult. But the cutoff is also low since it's difficult for everyone !

It's the same but usually the number of roles offered are more in ABC. Front end roles are very limited in XLRI

Only after you have competed your graduation ( or not enrolled in any full time course) you can show the work experience

Yes you can but DI is quite easy to solve so you would not want to miss that. And there are good number of questions as well

Yes it has.Merged with single . Qa+di is one single section n not two different sections in xat
