Listen every night for a long period of time I couldn't sleep I tried this video in my past and enjoyed so when I tried it again my sleep problems went away and so did my hallucinations. Now I listen to it as a routine for my sleep it works and I haven't tried a night without yet.

Nightmares can be so unsettling for little ones like Sean, but they’re just passing shadows of the mind, unable to dim the light of love and safety that surrounds him.
