@@DancerUniversity I've been dancing going on 7 years (didn't social dance for 1st 2 years, and the class didn't focus on technical aspects of basic step. Just stepping out patterns. Then I went abroad for roughly 2 years but the teaching parables didn't connect well for my brain lol. Plus was still too concerned about "moves". Now I am going back to beginning and looking for the right resources for my learning style. Literally all I care about right now is my basic strp

I call it basic salsa arms. The movement of the body in conjunction with the arms I call Cuban Motion
