Wow. After watching the documentary, it makes sense why she was crying.. it made me realize some things:
1. She was really hurting over her recent break up, as well as the death of her friend a year ago both THAT SAME day (RIP xxxtentacion)
2. Finneas knew immediately and was worried about her the whole time, not that she would mess up, but that she was hurting, consoling her during the entire performance. He’s an amazing big brother
3. Her fans cried with her, even before she did. They really felt her pain.. and that’s true artistry: when you can express your emotion through song so powerfully, that the fans feel it, even BEFORE you break down in tears.
4. Billie is even more amazing than I thought before, and that’s that I already thought she was SPECTACULAR. Love you Billie

I love that finneas is rubbing billies back and helping her through it, he knows that she is broken over XXXTenticon and he is helping. He is a good brother, he helped her get her career, and that’s why he is an awesome brother.
The way he looks around after he rubs her back is heart breaking. Its as if hes absorbing the crowd and realizing he made a mistake. He wants to protect her and its just gotten out if control.
