It's not the skirt, it's the mid-shin sock that kills me. ;P
I would love to tuck the white shirt in and add a black leather belt at the waist for structure (round buckle to pick up on some of the geometry in the skirt.) Maybe add a lapel pin enameled in the same dark pink in the skirt.
Men should have wider wardrobe options.
