New CT Scan Results, Surgery Plans & I Get Emotional

- As optimistic as I am, I wasn't expecting THIS much improvement.
New CT scans show all my tumors have shrunk 30-50% in just 2 months of chemo. I'll admit, I cried a little when I found out.
New plan is to continue chemo for 4 more rounds (2 mos) and see how much more shrinkage we get. Then have my bowel resection surgery.
A HUGE "thank you!!" to all of you who have sent your prayers, your advice, your support and your love -- I cannot tell you how much you mean to me, and I'm not even kidding. For all of you going through the same adventure with me, I send you my strongest prayers and encouragement. We are the "lucky ones" who drew the short straw, but there is strength in numbers. Much power and peace to you. Let's make the most of this thing :)
How lovely to see Dr Dan so upbeat. I only wish that the cancer went away and stayed away. This man deserved a happy ending.

Going back to look at older videos. Dr Dan was a phenomenal Man. I loved his bright outlook and positiveness. He always thought about others even while he was in bad shape. He did free videos explaining how to help one’s self with back and other problems. Who does that? Rest In Peace Dr Dan. You will be greatly missed.

I am so sad about Dan, and I only know him through videos. My brother is living with cancer and has made it one year longer than expected. Dans videos have helped me understand so much of what my brother is going through. Anyway, Dan was a blessing to all of humanity.

Chemo always works well in the very beginning. 😢 Wish there was a cure for cancer, and I keep wondering if I’ll see it in my lifetime. My maternal aunt’s husband died of colon cancer as well. Watching this on 7/23/24.. very hard to think that Dan is gone.. yes, he will be with us forever.. we’ve all lost family members and friends.. but it seems odd to care about a guy I’ve never met.. and yet, he became like family.. prayers for his parents, brother John.. and his whole family. Cancer is a rollercoaster of emotions….and one who is loved that endures treatment are so many….even your channel is worried, concerned, want to help and we truly care. I know he is very poorly right now but thankful he is comfortable and family is there with him at his home.
You will be missed, rest in peace. But I do know exciting new adventures await for you in your next lives.

Dr Dan, this is incredible news, I just know in my gut you will be cancer free soon! My wife’s oncologist says, ‘keep exercising, it’s hard to catch a moving target’. The power of prayer and positive vibes is so healing. Re mouth ulcers, room temperature pineapple chunks are really good for cooling down mouth ulcers. Prayers from Ireland 🇮🇪

So glad to hear that you are making great progress, and that you have so few side effects from the chemo. Something, unfortunately, I can't say of myself. I found out this evening that you passed on yesterday Dr. Dan. It is sooo heartbreaking and sad to see you go but I know your at rest with The Lord Jesus Christ now!! I have been looking back at your previous videos and it’s hard to believe that you look and felt so healthy like 6 months ago and then you went downhill super fast! Cancer is such a terrible disease. Hi. I’m glad you’re feeling good. I know there are a few over the counter mouthwashes that help reduce and/or prevent mouth sores. Also some that help with mouth dryness and help you feel more comfortable. Best wishes for a full recovery!!

Great question, Sarah -- and it would appear 'yes'. I never got the PET scan that would have been more definitive, but it would appear they're cancerous spots, too.

Who Mach is the cost the CT?
I honestly don't know how much a CT scan costs. I have insurance, and so far...I haven't gotten a bill yet. That doesn't mean I won't get one, but so far, little to no cost for me.

Wonderful. Are you picky about your diet? If you be a vegan and no sugar and gluten free, no meat drink protein drinks you will feel a lot better. Also, one thing may sound crazy to you but baking soda makes the system alkaline Cancer loves acidic and hates alkaline.,you want your system to be alkaline? half a teaspoon 8 ounces of water but you have to get the baking soda at the health store not the one has Armen Hammer that’s not no good.❤
