I would have to agree with you on favorite sounding setup. Also as a side note I miss the molded widebody that was so fire but also seemingly a pain in the ass lol
All love to the new setup, but I still think the Dual Exit Muf Del/Res Del, Catless Headers + Catless FP with Supercharger is the best combo, sounded so low and the UEL was so pronounced. Those blue flames when 2 stepping were sick too.
I've been running the setup you had for longest (Borla UEL, Catless Frontpipe, Stock Resonator, Mufller Delete). I can strongly say it was the best choice of exhaust I could make. I love the deep Borla rumble paired with the blaringly loud exhaust tone as soon as I get on the gas. Pops and bangs also sound insane with that setup.

i was running a nameless 3 inch catback as my frist mod. with stock everything else it was loud. with catless uel headers loud AF. recently switched to ARK GRIP catback and now my shit is as quiet as stock even WITH the uel catless headers xD everyone at the 86 meet made fune of me. got the invidia front test pipe coming in today hopefully that will open it up. thinking about putting the nameless back on with the invidia test pipe but i think i might rupture an ear drum lol anyways love the vid dude never stop!
After this video I realized a lot more and what to get. Currently just running the spec-d cat back but it’s going to be gone this year. Any thoughts on getting tomei headers? Give the borla headers a break haha.

Hey Chris, I was really hoping you could help me out with what front pipe to get for my frs. I have a mxp comp rs but want my car louder so i was looking at front pipes. I have looked at the catless invidia front pipe but don't want it to make my car rasp. Do you know if the hatless fp would make my car too high pitched and raspy? If so should i get a hfc motiv fp or a designated one. I want the most sound increase while trying to keep a deep tone. Thank you man. As i finished typing the video is at 12:30 and all I have to say is holy haha.
I really wanna do a wide-body on mine but I’m scared to drill and cut the body (especially the rear quarter panel cause thats expensive if it goes wrong).
I have the greddy rs single exit with the cnt uel , and grimspeed intake. Also with the OFT tune with the pops set high. & btw the 86 is auto . What can I do to get louder , less frequent pops instead of the frequent mild ones ?
@@chris_borges would you recommend doing a resonator delete on the greddy exhaust? Also I know the ecutek tune has a better pops tune maybe that would be better

It’s all footwork with the gas pedal. Depending on how the gas pedal is pressed controls how loud the pops are and frequency.
