Thank you, this has provided me with good information for the crystals on the 7 Vostok watches I have waiting for service. I have a different model of screw type case press but it does the same job. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for clarification. I've got this press standing on my desk on this very moment asking myself 'how the f...?'.
Could you give me a tip on where to buy those dies? Thank you so much

It sounds like you already had the screw on dies before getting this tool. Does the AliX tool come with the dies or do you recommend others?

Thanks for your question and sorry for my late reply! Yes, I had the screw-on dies before getting the tool so they did not come with the AliX tool. The AliX tool comes with a few aluminium dies not shown in the video but I'm not sure how useful they are. My set of dies, which I'm very happy with, was bought at CousinsUK.com. Please use the following link for more info about the dies I'm using in the video: www.watchrepairtalk.com/topic/28825-robur-watch-crystal-press-alternative/#comment-244027

I have some plastic dies that I got with a cheap $10 lever tool and they work perfectly.
