    I’ve been practicing BJJ for 28 years, I have seen the extremes in coaching. “Survival of the fittest” to “Authority prescribed”. As a user and advocate of CLA I have to say that the ecological approach explains all the different problems and phenomena that occur on the mats. There is a better way.
