Happened a few times in Philadelphia..remember the nurse from Pennsylvania Hospital whom was shot point blank by Juan Covington. Went around shooting five random people in Philadelphia.

Instead of simply saying the case is still working through the justice system as if stalled, why not report why the case is ongoing and if the shooter is still locked up in the meantime. Doesn’t that make a difference to know that the shooter isn’t walking around on the streets? Glad the victim is doing well physically, praying for his mental/emotional health. The shooter doesn’t deserve to take even that away from him.

That's a fact. Ticketing agents used to get the brakes beat of them here in NYC until the city brought them in under the NYPD. It still took a few incidents but once New Yorkers got the message, that isht came to damned-near a complete stop. Philadelphia needs to do the same, these workers are very vulnerable. If I worked that job, especially in a 2A-friendly state, like PA, I would definitely carry, too, company policy be damned.

Look He left home at 55 and Girard and walked to 52 Market,purchased A $1.00 Beer.He got on the 52 bus and didn’t pay.After reaching Market Street he hoped the turnstile on the MFL.When he got down town he argued with the cheap bus driver.After paying the $9.00 to NYC he got off and jumped the NYC TRAIN to the BRONX.After that he got off and shot the attendant.All the while he’s girl is texting him with happy face emoji saying he’s a good man and she has more $1.00 beer for him.
I pray for the continued healing of Mr. Kenzie. It’s unbelievable that the shooter hasn’t been sentenced yet; let’s just home that when his trial comes up he gets nothing but life without the possibility of parole.

Sue, the PPA because you know if they are out enforcing parking law they are enforcement officers and if they are enforcement officers they should be armed and it sounds like the employees brought safety concerns up and PPA ignored them. Well guess what now PPA looks like someone gotta pay up hope this officer sues the city and bankrupt the board in philly, so that those in charge realize there lack of urgency to cries of there employees will now be heard where it hurts in the boars committee pockets.
