Whenever I watch house or apartment tours or move in vlogs I always imagine what I would do if it was my space and when you showed that office area I immediately thought of making an art studio area thingy where I basically make a giant mess painting and sketching and I'd have just piles and piles of pieces and mostly half-finished sketchbooks lol idk I'm just a huge art nerd

This is basically my first time ever commenting on RUclips and I've been watching you and others for years lol. But, I just wanted to give you a helpful hint because I also have to maintain a guest bathroom. You might not want to do your hair in the guest bathroom simply because hair can be messy, and no one wants to have to keep cleaning in preparation for guests lol.
