Yes, Love Foolish was indeed written by Momo. There is a lot of mistakes in the line distribution in the lyrics video here though (For exemple at 2:02 Chayoung is doing the "and youu" part when Jeongyeon is singing, the same as Tzuyu later with Sana. And the "Love you, hate foolish" chorus before the last one (6:24) is Dahyun not Chaeyoung, but all the others are indeed Chaeyoung. All the members wrote at least one song today, except Tzuyu who only participated in 21:29 that they all wrote together, and the member with the most song written is still currently Chaeyoung, even though she didn't write any full song for the "Feel Special" album, but she did write and compose a song for their japanese album lately.

I think it is about Momo's feelings. This is Momo's first real relationship after years of concentrating solely on herself. Now there's someone in her life who she cares about as much as herself. That creates a lot of contradictory emotions. You'll see.
