I hope he can gets himself back emotionally and not let this continue to hurt his worth as a human being. You can tell by his demeanor that he has been hurt. This situation is truly disheartening. Setting aside the case itself, the mother's decision to bring up sensitive issues only exacerbated her daughter's distress. It's evident that the daughter was deeply upset, particularly when she described the sexual assault by her brother (the plaintiff) as a sore subject. Why would the mother choose to disclose this information? It seems unnecessary and only served to further implicate her son. Even though Doug and Harvey commended the bravery of either the daughter or themselves for sharing the story, it's crucial to note that it was the mother who disclosed it, not the daughter. It almost appears as though the mother intentionally sought to inflict more pain on her daughter by discussing such a traumatic experience on television. Why someone would choose to do this remains puzzling. Some matters should remain private, especially those as painful as what the daughter endured. Regardless, it seems likely that Judge Milian would have reached the same verdict regardless of these revelations.

In the first case I’m wondering if the son was actually abused which is apart of his abuse of his sister. There’s so much that wasn’t said but I’m curious about that family.
Second case, the mom is in about the streets. She looks sweet and innocent but the fiancé put her on blast.

The first case sounds off by the end. Sister says they were close enough for him to buy her the bike as a gift meant for a fully grown adult, so after 13. And they were close until the job core stuff. But then the SA happened at 13 to her? But they continued to live together, and remained close until the recent fall out? He obviously has problems, but just these parts makes you question who is telling the truth when it comes to the items in general.

The sister's comment in the first case about him taking back gifts and claiming her stuff as his own reminds me of a family friend I had when I was young. She used to give me things for my birthday or Christmas and then try to claim that the gift was letting me borrow them a few weeks later when she wanted it back. It got to a point where I would ask her repeatedly if it was a gift or for borrowing (which she would get upset about and claim it was a gift and "what kind of person do you think I am") and would even try to refuse to accept the "gifts" (my mother made me take them because she said it would be rude).
She gifted me the same large dollhouse every birthday and christmas from when I was about 5 until 9 or 10.

The mother is tired of her daughter playing victim, always bailing her out. The daughter was probably sneaking around lying seeing an older guy, got knocked up. Teenagers don't always listen, they lie, they are sneaky, they do the total opposite of what parents say. The daughter needs to stop playing victim, fake tears, fake ptsd, grow up and raise her kid. Keep your legs closed of you can't raise a baby. Listen to your parents. If uou screw up it's your fault not any and everyone but you.

And i think his mom telling the police that he left with a bat was a little malicious.
2nd case: That grandma is a somethin else! Why she working 18 hours a day?? Her drug dealing must not be going too well lol! I'll never understand why moms think they have rights, when the deceased has children. My aunt was the same way!

This last case is insane. The whining voice of the daughter when she speaks of her childhood then it clears up when the subject is changed she wants sympathy. How could you possibly blame your mom for you as a teen screwing a 20plus year old man, when is it your fault it was your actions. She lived with mom until the baby was 1 year old then she moved out on her own but blames mom for not supporting her and her baby. Hello it is YOUR baby, grow up! She needs to realize that the smack talking on social media to get sympathy is all BS. Those 200 people don't give a ratsass what happens to her or her kid. This woman is headed to a tough life until she realizes that she needs to take responsibility for her actions and her kid. The kid is 12 years old and she calls her mom to come take him since she can't deal with him, I mean WTF? You haven't learned yet how to deal with your child in 12 years, will you ever get it or you always gonna play the victim cause your child will do the same. Good luck with that when your son blames his everything on you like you are doing your mom.
