I grew up in the late 1960's and 70's and we wore "cullote" skirts. I probably spelled "cullotes" wrong. Looked like a skirt but had a short look to it.
It came to just above the knees, not super short. The one you are showing on the video is much shorter then the ones in 1968. Also, they were not caller skorts in 1968, thet were called "cullotes.
