Floating cities are so good to visit and live in. They are likely for buoyancy instead of submersion.

Well, the ocean level at the Statue of Liberty is exactly where it was 100 years ago lol. So, not sure they are telling you the real reasons they want floating cities. A floating city is the ultimate 15 minute city. It can be controlled and it can be moved in many cases. Everything you can and will produce, and own(if you do own anything) will be on that floating city. It's infrastructure is 100% controlled by the controllers and powers that be that govern it. If it can be moved, it's laws that govern it where it sits can change. Which means your rights can change and there isn't anything you can do about it, or change your situation short of removing yourself from said floating city. Alcatraz was an island for a reason and that is what floating cities are, manmade floating urban islands.

The future looks good, as long as you are rich enough to live in one of these places - or have the job skills needed to support the rich.
The one in Saudi Arabia seems the only one that actually is based around jobs - an industrial port with adjacent worker housing, along with space for high tech industries. Except for the floating resort cities for the wealthy, this is the kind of project that actually benefits the most people, by giving them jobs and homes and schools. Assuming that there will be local demand for the kind of cargo shipment into and out of the area, otherwise, a port with no large local city or population isn't needed to handle that amount of cargo - the cargo ships will just sail past it on the way to their destinations. I'm guessing that the Saudi's think another freight and fuel transfer route other than through the Strait of Hormuz would make a good option for themselves, Iraq and the Gulf States, if Iran acts up.

Saudi like UAE = Dubia dont have a good track record at finishing these GRAND projects. However, i am surprised that this idea hasn't watched on more, to creating new independent nations or something along those lines in international waters. Or purchasing a small island and building off it with these concepts.

There’s not much in-depth research in this video. Seems like you only googled and rephrased whats in the projects’ promotional ads. It’s like done by high school kids

Everyone knows that floating cities are the future. What could possibly go wrong?

If they messed up the engineering process then that will spell disaster hopefully that won't happen because these future floating cities are beautiful.

There not really impossible they are possible to build however that's only if you have the money to build them.

The title claims that this is about mega projects under CONSTRUCTION but in the whole 10 mins theres not a single image of them under construction and it's all just CGI concept images from the companies. It repeats some clearly impossible things too, like saying the Blue Estate floating city project will be complete in 2025, that's in 2 years time and there's not a single bit of evidence, not even an image, showing that it has started to be built yet. If it starts today then it would take easily over 10 years to build, probably 2040 at the easliest, and yet this channel is blindly repeating old claims from the company about how it's due to be complete in TWO years from now. The project is likely a scam(which is being spread here now) since they've started selling properties/units that haven't even started being built yet. Sell a bunch, act like you're building the project, and then disappear with the cash. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A WORKING WEBSITE, what other red flag is needed? Suepr bad look for the channel imo, at least call them concepts for now and at least add things like "the company claimed it'll be done in 2025, but take that with a grain of salt because with no signs of work that date is looking more and more impossible each day". Feels like this channel gets paid by some of these projects sometimes since not a single negative thing can ever be said.

Flooding cities, artificial islands, and commercial and private water vessels, are the true contributors to higher sea water levels rising.

I do wish you would do your due diligence and learn how to pronounce names, locations, all unfamiliar words before you record your verbal presentations. Bechtel is NOT Besh-tell, as he pronounced it. It is Beck-tell. It is the same problem in all your presentations, not just this one. Who can take you seriously?
