Thank you for sharing your journey, and let me say how much I appreciate you. You are a beautiful, authentic women in every sense, no matter whether you chose grays or browns for your hair color. Both are absolutely right for you.
I love your scenic winter walks. The beauty and serenity of your woods , bring back many wonderful memories of my childhood lived in northern Minnesota near Duluth. I understand why so many Scandinavians immigrated to Minnesota, a place not unlike their own.

You look lovely either way, the silver suited you and the brown suits you too. It's not an easy journey & we all must do what makes us happy on the inside! Thank you for your lovely video.

Hi Kati - This is the first video of yours that I've watched, and I'm so glad I found it.
I, like many other women, stopped dyeing my hair when the pandemic started. I think it was about two years before I got a cut, and my hair was longer than it had ever been. I still keep it long, although I go in for a trim until I can figure out how to cut it on my own. I still have not dyed it - but I think about it!
This unexpected part of my journey has been about self- acceptance, self-compassion, the nature of beauty in a patriarchal, capitalist, often misogynistic society, and how I want to be my true self in that world.
I'm still figuring it out. Maybe I'll dye my hair again. Maybe I won't. But whether I do or not will be left solely up to me, and I'm glad you felt powerful enough to make your own decision ❤

Hi, Thank you for your kind comment 💖 In one way I liked having my natural hair color. And I think I probably will do this again at some point later on. But right now I felt this was the right decision for me. All the best to you 💖

Kati! You look great both ways, but I'm glad you are feeling happy about your personal decision.
I tried twice for about 5 months each, and then went back to color.
There is no right or wrong. It's a personal decision!
    A beautiful video as always!
Have a beautiful week my friend ❤

Thank you for the beautiful scenery and outdoor video. It is so soothing and comforting. You should do whatever you like with your hair. My mother dyed her hair until she passed away at 95 and I have been doing the same since my 40s. We should do what makes us feel good about ourselves. Some women take that to an extreme, like repeated plastic surgeries. I am not a fan of that, but it is not my place to judge others. And you look lovely whatever your hair color may be.😊

I’ve been following your channel and your grey hair transition journey for a while now and you’ve been an inspiration and encouragement to me on my own journey. It’s been 18 months since I last dyed my hair and the journey has been a very difficult one, this being my second attempt to go fully natural. I completely transitioned the first time from having long dark hair like yourself to cutting it very short and wearing hats but the sudden transition of going from long dark hair to very short with what looked like white roots in contrast was too much for me and so after a painful period of wearing hats whilst growing it to shoulder length, I went back to the dye but this time with a light brown/blond dye that blended in very well with my grey (not at all white) hair and I received many compliments which gave me a boost for a while, unfortunately though, many years of hair dye has taken its toll on my sensitive scalp and I developed extreme scalp eczema which made it impossible for me to dye my hair any longer so here I am 18 months into my journey again but this time it’s been much easier, I kept my hair long throughout and have just had the ends cut and the grey roots don’t even look white at all with the blond ends so I feel so much more confident and I’ve even had a few heads turn in a positive way. I’ll be 60 at the end of this year and my goal is to have long grey hair. The fact that I couldn’t dye my hair any longer turned out to be a blessing for me as I now finally feel happy in my own skin and can look at my reflection and say, “yes, that’s me, I like what I see.” I understand how difficult these decisions are, you have to like yourself and connect with the reflection that looks back at you, this is key I think. I wish you every happiness for the future, and whether grey hair or dark, you’re a lovely soul and that’s what shines out and matters most.

Thank you so much for your kind words 💖 It’s not easy to let go of hair dye and go grey. I am sure I will do it again at some point, but right now I felt like this was the right decision for me. I looked at myself in the mirror and a very old and tired looking woman looked back at me. I wish you all the best 💖

Thank you 💖 I coloured it with a brown dye first, about 4 weeks ago. And last Monday I went to the hairdresser and she dyed it. She used a dark brown in the roots, and made some lighter golden brown highligts.
