I would've design archmage to be a support, poison type class. a mix of healer x arachnomancer. rather than another dps. we need more Damage over time+ support classes. farming class is too saturated already
i dont have LR or VHL so i’m starting with archmage, also i like the design and colors of the class, aswell as the way to get it, it’s like travel around all the maps to finally obtain the class
I was just thinking about farming for it cause last class I farmed for was Yami No Ronin and it was easy to solo the farms with dodge classes. Main reason I want it is cause the +51% dmg staff(Providence) from its questline lol, I dislike bulky weapons so I refuse NSoD/Exalted Apotheosis/etc
I thought this class would have its own type of power which can take on everything but it’s just another random farming class to me at this point and they literally made this class to be weak so that you will use blacksmith or awe enhancements to buff it. Like it’s annoying AE. At first I thought it did massive amount of dmg in the preview vid but they used potions and other stuff to make it look what it can be TEMPORARILY. So pretty much your passives are doing the real work not the skills😑. But thanks for the preview Aumm. 👍
I got this class already and had some test, its not worth it if you already have LR or other good farm class since its only a "farm class", but if u really want it its up to you, but for me its not worrth the grind, on the other hand if you dont have lr or any god tier farm, this is the best farm class to date, and better farm close to its release, because the requirments are heavy relied on hard hitting bosses

If you're farming this class and using it without boosted items/double pots then yeah it's probably going to suck, they said it was an end game class and those things are included in that, as it stands it's stronger than LR farming and i'm happy with that.

I'm not happy with it, if you feel the need to excuse the class to claim its good for its difficulty then its not really a good class. So far every year during the birthday each class has been either top of their class while doing something new or adding very strong mechanics to the game. Archmage brings farming to an oversaturated era while not necessarily being better than any of its alternatives and arguably relies on pots and enhancements.
this probably is going to only be used for farming and ultra bosses nothing game-changing or insane I do think that the quests are a little too demanding for level 60-80 players but overall great class for mid-game players

Well its like your farming for archpaladin, blod, chaos slayer, just so many Rep 10 need it, long story, low drop quest and some ultra boss if you want more faster
Plus you could probably use some potions that could increase mana cost to better help that circumstance, such as Unstable Elixirs and the Honor Damage Potions
i love farming wizard only farming classes like LR they should make more AE should buff SSG making it wizard only and do tons of dmg and be a good farming class

I'm really bummed out that they made the 2 and 4 skill so similar that you dont know which one is which. And on the picture its a picture of a black hole, think of the potential man. I mean they could have made it into a purpleish black hole sucking and imploding or some cool shit. Instead they just made it into the exact same animation..... The 3 skill could be better too, 2 skill is fine but 3 and 4 are really lacking. P.S. With the kind of enchantments you have available you could have 40 KPM in revenant, which is completely insane. I think you're playing too safe, if you can manage to stay at 20% mana and 40% hp at all times, this class becomes a complete monster.
Ehhh, another farming class. LR is still better because of how simple it is to use. But I guess this class is easier to get than LR so if you don't have LR, you can go for this class.
Archmage is only as good as the player that utilizes it. To the right hands it easily beats LR in farming, to the hands of those who don't take time and effort to learning the class it will be weak.

Awful! Why did they create a Farming Caster Class where its damage is base on his low HP and MP? It is common sense that when you are attacking 3 or more enemies survivality is a must.

In the revenant map, legion revenant can only kill 40 mobs in 2 minutes whereas this class can kill 44 mobs
