Really nice video dude! I love playing through older games from these systems and was stoked to see that I have a store "Retro GameStop" within 20 miles of me! I'll be sure to check it out soon. Also, it's really cool to see Republic Commando getting more and more love these days. Just to let you know, the Xbox Series consoles downloads a digital copy of the game from the marketplace when a physical game is inserted, it uses your disk as verification to play the game rather than playing directly from it. See if you can try running the game on another 360 just to be sure it works. Sorry for the long comment!
I haven’t collected any retro games in a while and this video inspired me to look up some titles I have been wanting physical copies of. I have to grow my gameboy collection.
From what I see GameStop does buy older consoles such as the NES but they don’t keep them in the stores they send to online store not really retro but their slot cheaper then ebay and Disc Replay
There's no need for new shops. Every location has a ton of wasted space. Time to get rid of Funko Pops. Electronics Boutique literally had a barrel full of PS2 games I would dig through for days.
It makes sense, because soon most consoles will be digital only and retro games are all the rage now, it might hold off the inevitable collapse of the company for a few more years
That's something I'm curious about. They didn't have any retro consoles for now, but I wouldn't be shocked if some make there way over time. I'll be keeping my eyes out 👀
GameStop is losing money on retro games because people are reselling the games for $100 of dollars GameStop only selling retro games because there not making money that’s why a lot of GameStop are going out of business
Their retro now just cause they added Xbox and Xbox 360 PS2 PS3 not really a big deal I saw what their selling the real retro are the classic games not the games with bad graphics would you rather play Pac-Man on Xbox one or NES 8 bit graphics classic games are the arcade games they go on every new consoles old consoles ruined the classic games
I love how "retro" now means anything more than five years old.
GameStop is going RETRO. GameStop has 3,000 stores & new leadership that wants to make all better. This is a good move.
Great video! Honestly pretty relaxing to watch. I love how you have the Wii U hooked up to that generic LCD it hits hard :)
Thanks! I love my little retro setup. There's something special about hooking up something like the WiiU or my N64 to play a few rounds on there
Glad to see youre back!! Love your style of commentary!! Keep it up man!!!
Thank you so much! Love getting to make these when I can!

Right I forget that the Series does that! I'll test it on my buddies 3ds sometime. And hell yeah Republic Commando! One my my favorite Star Wars games

I remember when Funcoland was the place to go for used games. Such good times. Then GameStop took the reins.
This gave me the urge to visit the last Blockbuster Video, where I probably would also be mildly dissapointed
been there myself, you probably will be
it’s just a blockbuster
cool merch tho

If they start selling GameCube games and earlier I’m going to be a regular
Did you forget the Store locator link to the retro stores?
Lmao I totally did, gonna fix that right now
i hope their consoles are good

so by retro they mean games you were playing in highschool?
Honestly at this point I don't know how we classify retro anymore
