Accused textbook scammer interceded for Guo?

Jessica Francisco also known as Mary Ann Maslog, who's facing charges over a textbook scam and who faked death to evade such charges, claims she interceded for the Philippine police intelligence group to convince Alice Guo to surrender, agitating the senators who are not convinced of her testimony.
