Make in India is a struggle Even if you do - believe in this - it is a struggle - and some fall by the wayside. Importers can still make hay. The importer who is willing to pay much more can still import a product even if the indian manufacturer competes in tech spec, quality, reliability, price and maintenance support. It is a sad scene and the Indian manufacturer is playing a mug's game. The ground reality needs to be checked out. Cheers.
Everything that you mentioned in this video makes sense however all these steps would not bear fruit unless bureaucracy is reformed and controlled which has not yet happened.
