The siren head doesn't have an exact height. From what I have heard It will be the height of however much danger you are in at that moment if they are tall you should run away fast as you can but if they are small then it might just be like a scratch or a broken bone. And They look so fleshy because when they eat someone or something, that thing they ate grows into their skin. And Siren head is only there to warn someone. By the way, Siren heads "twin" is called Light head and looks like one of the lights on a bridge at night but it can light itself and turn off its light
