"My strong hand" has been a classic everyone uses since this came out. This is one of my favorites movies from the series.
These movies take me back to my younger days. I remember seeing this in theaters and everyone in there was laughing from start to finish. Good times.
The saddest part is that you'll never see a movie like this one ever again. Because Hollywood has got a stick shoved so far up its' own anus, that it wants to just throw crap, and remakes, at us over and over again, rather than put any effort into making new stuff. Such a tragedy that we never truly appreciated Hollywood at its' best.

I'm 32 now and this movie is definitely childhood nostalgia for me. I remember one day I was watching it, and the whole time I was trying to wiggle a loose baby tooth out. It finally popped out during the skeleton chasing Cindy and Brenda scene. Ahhh, such good memories. Definitely watch Signs, 8 mile and The Ring to understand most of the jokes for Scary Movie 3.

Her being in the red dress referenced 'What Lies Beneath'. Which was actually a pretty good suspenseful thriller.
That dinner scene with his head cut open was an Easter egg to Hannibal and it was beetlejuice from the Howard stern show who was inside.
0:09 A lot of people don't get that Firestone joke with the wheelchair. That was a reference to a recall on Firestone tires ,tires were randomly failing and people were having accidents especially Ford owners of" Explorers" cause Firestone was the main tire supplier so there was this huge dispute between Ford and Firestone on who was actually guilty for all the accidents/deaths and recalls.
It's really refreshing to see 2 people just enjoying movies and not overly analyse them with their negative bullshit.

Please understand that the next 2 movies although are no longer owned by the Wayans brothers, are still high quality comedy and definitely worth watching as i believe they are better than this one. Except for the first one. Scary Movie 1 is by far the best, but 3&4 still are great.
We don't even acknowledge 5's existence. Thats a whole different type of garbage and if you are to make it past Scary Movie 4, skip straight into Superhero Movie and/or BASE-ketball.

The scene where the girl says "I think your wife suspects us" and the face changes is from a suspense thriller "What Lies Beneath" with Harrison Ford, pretty good movie. The goggles and some scenes are from horror "Hollowman" with Kevin Bacon, not bad either. And lastly, you may have already known the Charlie's Angel's sequence. Great reaction. Yeah, these spoofs really pack in a lot of material. I think the 2 main movies for Scary movie 3 is "Signs" with Mel Gibson, and the Matrix.

I'm showing my age here but I remember the basketball commercial they made the spoof scene off of. And the Firestone recall that was going on at that time. There's a lot of references that you had to be there to realize what they are.

Many are saying Arrested Development, which is probably correct David Cross plays Tobias Funke, Analrapist. Also though Mr. Show with Bob and David is so worth a watch; David Cross and Bob Odenkirk (well known now as Saul Goodman). Run, Ronny, Run is a movie spin off of that show which is super hilarious and underrated. Highly recommend.
