  • What do you do with left over Lechon? Some fry it again and others turn it into Paksiw. And that's what I will share with you this Sunday - My version of Lechon Paksiw
    The ingredients are:
    Leftover Lechon
    Liver Sauce or Sarsa
    Banana Blossoms
    Star Anise
    Soy Sauce
    Vinegar
    Whole peppercorn
    Salt
    Dried Bayleaves
    Water
    Garlic
