Retired actor here.... you flipped your stage directions. The actors' / stage's "right" is our right side when facing the audience - for the audience, that's called "house left." And, yes, it get more complicated for theatre in the round. As for the rest of the video, the layout is really looking great, Andy! I can see Boomer's influence in the scenery, and who'd have thought that the Joy of Painting would lead to lots of happy little trees dotting the landscape of model railroads? Bob would have loved it.
hey my friend i have been checking out your page an looking at all the nice things you have been working on am mostly scratch building i have been checking out all your styrene things you built an the way tou have made all that great stuff i an into rc crawlers well about its all i can do now i got hurt about 5 years ago i was doing storm clean up work in florida an i am in wheelchair now i am 52 an i am in this nurseing home an i have really gotten into scale accessories i i have really been looking thu alot of different sites an well i enjoy you work you have put into all your setups so thank you for all the sharing
Nice job andy, I said on another modeler's YTC about naming industries, and that seams to be one of the hardest parts of model railroading,"coming up with a name" for the industry your trying to model, unless your model a prototype industry that already has a name, but the fun part is building the "for now" nameless industry.😁👍
Andy, the layout is looking great! I like all the changes you have made and the scenery is coming along nicely. Good job on painting the backdrops. I look forward to future updates, especially how you are going to super detail your track.-Tom
Great job, Andy, on the backdrop painting. Scenery is looking very nice and I really like the Milwaukee Road operating switchstands. Thanks for the layout update! Mike
I am in awe of the fine scenery work and the design of scene setting. If that is to be a stage then stage left and stage right are captioned backwards. Subscribed and amazed.
Great update Andy, those switch stands and targets are just fantastic. That tree with the nest on top is begging for a Chris Farley character from the movie Almost Heros. The hand painted backdrop is superb looking, very well done. Cheers Rob
