I am curious about the electric bike!
I keep old races and run them over the bench grinder to take a bit of meat off the outside edge then when I tap in the new races the old race doesn't get stuck.i keep them in an old tin box comes in handy.

Is it cold all the time where you live? It seems like you are always bundled up and wearing gloves. I can only do so much with gloves on before they become too bulky and reduce my dexterity.
It’s winter now, so yes, cold right now. The garage is heated but I just leave on the jacket. The gloves are for grease more than warmth. Cheers!
6:41 is it normal that the new one is sticking out so much? Installed them on my CB550 this week and was freaking out that I couldn’t get them further in. Only the upper one, no problem with the lower one.
Yes, all good. As long as it's seated to the inner lip it will be fine. I did a 550 about a month or 2 ago as well. Same thing
