How I travelled to Europe for 3 Months | IIM's Student Foreign Exchange Program

In this video, I am going to share my experience of traveling to Europe as a part of IIM's Student Foreign Exchange Program. I am going to share the entire process of application and the process of how we were selected for this program. IIM's Student Foreign Exchange Program is an initiative to give students the opportunity to explore other cultures and countries for a period of time. I had the opportunity to explore Europe for 3 months as part of this program. The Student Foreign Exchange Program provides an immersive experience in a different culture and country. It also provides opportunities for students to learn about themselves, their surroundings, and the world at large.
Hopefully, this video will help people to know about IIM's Student Foreign Exchange Program and how it can help them get a better understanding of other cultures and countries.

I would advice you to take a coaching and go there religiously as they put up a schedule and teach in a systematic manner. All the very best.
Hii Manan. If i go to USA (as an exchange student) can i apply their for job? Also, what is the maximum time we can stay at exchange student in USA?
Exchange program won’t allow you to stay back more than your period cause you would need to come back to finish your degree. Exchange program happens in 4th or 5th term. So you must come back to finish your degree Storm.

▪︎Does the IIM provide list of foriegn colleges for forex programme?
▪︎ how to arrange for accommodation and food as we are totally unknown there.
▪︎ time duration of forex 3/4 months?
hello- yes. all IIMs have a list of forex partner colleges.
2- generally you have 2-3 months to prepare. the host university helps.
3- Its 3 to 3.5 months generally. All the best Husena.
Can we take an additional loan for the foreign exchange ( whatever the expenditure there ) from the bank we take the loan for College?

Bro, What if a top college like JBIMS doesn't have a student exchange program? Then What should one do to apply for such programs? Please reply!!
Prakhar- i am not sure about this point. Infact if you really want to go for FOREX- the choose your MBA colleges accordingly. Even not all IIMs have very great programs. some top iims have top tier foreign colleges as partners which might not be the case with all IIMs. analyse and then decide. all the very best.

Will it affect my placement ? Because during the tym of final placement, we are not in india, so Will forex program affect or not ?🤔
Hi Asit- on a broad level no. but you might miss some campus competitions. but in my opinion- its a worthwhile trade-off.

Hey MI24Taas- my stance has always been to go to top colleges in spite of the location and finances. In long term you can easily payback the Loans etc…
