quel match impressionnant, wouah !
なんだろうね…この差…いけそうであっても必ず取り戻してくる力…
この差がホント縮まらないね
I still think Ito should improve under the Japanese team. She's no longer at Hayata's level with her mom as her sole coach.
I'm not sure her mum is her sole coach, but seeing her in the corner on TV looks like a rebuke to the JTTF. And suggests a certain stubbornness. In some ways that Olympic Gold medal was a curse
@@robertrowles5450 Actually the one putting pressure on Ito is not JTTF but her mother. I heard that her mother said she's the only one who can beat Chinese players and win the Gold Olympic Medal. That is like her mom forcing Ito to fulfil her dreams. It's a very unhealthy mindset and sooner or later even girls like Miu Hirano is going to overtake her.
👌🏓 TABLE TENNIS 🏓👍
3 and a half years and counting since Mima Ito beat an elite Chinese opponent (Wang Yidi as it happens). That's the closest she's come to doing it again. Some brilliant play to come back from 1-3 down. Then she loses it from 6-3 up final set. Seems like torture.
Ito plays well
Мима, ну как же так!!? Весь праздник испортила.

Too many unforced errors from Mima
Should do some unpredictable things now and then. This also applies to Hina : You need to keep the opponent confused and guessing ****
The Chinese team have studied you as well as your team mates :)
Forget about being unpredictable. She has to bring her consistency back.
Then play some unpredictable game.
I don't believe in "unforced errors". In a competitive match, everything has to do with the opponent. A capable opponent forces you to push the envelop - wider angle, lower trajectory, faster response - and all of these are error prone. I'm sure Mima can play and win a 100% error free game against an amateur. If she has lots of errors in this match, it is thanks to Wang Yidi. Never discredit the winning opponent, it's arrogance.
