I just cannot comprehend why he was released from their facility even if the mother said she wanted him out they have the right to keep him there legally and ethically and why would the mother fight so hard to get him out when he’s threatening to hurt her and have killed his father I can’t comprehend this whole crazy situation
Dysfunctional family dynamics. It seems she's not well, it's not a normal situation, nor it calls for mrder. If prosecution tried him for second degree,it'll be easier to convict him.
So the defense attorney is allowed to say everything that the victim was ever charged with. Why don’t you ask if this officer was aware that her client had killed his father. so somehow both the parents are so bad he had to kill them in cough cough self-defense. so if she gets him off, you have to wonder how comfortable would she be if her daughter started dating him because you know maybe her daughter would do something wrong and he would find the need to once again perpetrate self-defense.
Killing both parents is extreme. But.. his home life was crazy & a lot of ppl failed in sending them back together. He was soo close to 18 & leaving. Sad.
According to this defense attorney, everybody is incompetent and read the situation incorrectly. Her client is just a sweet scared teenager. He tried to tell people he was scared. The victim is crazy and abusive all of our enforcement incompetent. All of them were food or ignore this poor abused child. It’s just not possible and it’s insulting.
Was there a pretrial rulering that no photos or videos would be shown over media? It sucks that we haven't been able to see anything. Not an aerial photo of the neighborhood or even their vacation photos.
I get it. It seems insane that this mother, it seems obvious she had mental health issues, maybe was so desperate to have time with her son that she would just keep bringing him home when he clearly stated he did not want to be there and he would hurt her. but I do not think legally, by the wording and intent of the law, that if you tell someone you’re going to kill your mother and then you do so, that equals self-defense, even if your mother made bad decision decisions

You’re asking where this is taking place but then you state the people “there” are creepy. Please clarify who you are you referring to as the people? The witnesses you’ve seen testify, the judge, the attorneys? I just find your statement ignorant and baffling.

It's annoying. All other cases I've watched they show all except crime photos of the victim(s). Even the young killers!

Lots of comments about his expressions during the trial and today he is conveniently sitting so that his lawyer is blocking the view of him.

Yes, I think they have the most people on death row, more than Texas even... I think.
