C10s did come in Manuel's factory but limited there actually pretty rare too find but so many companies have complete swap kits plug and play too swap any auto too 5/6 speed swap and fits like factory I have a a 1970 c10 with a turbocharged ls3 and a built Tremec 5-speed swap yall should definitely get a c10 there great trucks with tons of aftermarket parts on the market for them

C10’s only come in manual they only have 1,2,3rd gear reverse and a low gear they are awesome and a blast to drive

This might be a super noob question but..
For cars with Open hood scoops & vents does the water debris ect that get in the engine bay not affect the engine?
Sure, the hood is there so if shit fails it doesn’t go over the windscreen that then impairs the drivers vision, especially if it’s raining cause water hates oil which like curdles on the windscreen. It’s also for pedestrian protection to roll over the car and aerodynamics. But yeah no hood will technically add more maintenance to the engine bay regarding cleaning, washing, corrosion etc. but Devin and whomever else with no hoods just accept the added maintenance. Plugs and connectors don’t like water etc, especially salt from the roads in places where they use salt. Definitely wouldn’t do it but Devin doesn’t care
