- In this video I make a Hybrid Hollow Form from a piece of Oak Burl and epoxy resin .. The colours blended together more than I wanted on this so I wasn't expecting it to look as cool as it does, it has a look of mother of pearl or Jade..

Even though it didn't turn out the way you thought it would initially you still have to see what you've got. Sometimes the most mind-blowing end results come from happy accidents! Absolutely fantastic Andy! Well done!

Couldn't say it any better.

Even if this wasn't the color you initially intended, it still came out really cool.
Oh, but you managed to find another one of my FAVORITE colors!!! 😲😳😍🤟🤗👍💯 Any shade of Ocean!!!
It looks like jade melded with petrified wood! Gorgeous!

I agree
Nile green is a lovely color you don't see too often anymore. I love it!
I like the color! Looks like jade and It goes well with the vase's oriental shape!
Thank you for the camera views of Silly String! The soft, green color reminds me of nephrite jade. It turned out beautiful even if it's not what you planned.
Cheers
What a difference from what you started with, but you ended up with a wooden and jade ginger jar! It's really beautiful!👌🏼
Thank you
It looks like an old map - the colours go perfectly together.

Andy, even though that wasn't the color you were going for it's still gorgeous. It almost looks like Jade. My question is... where did the copper color go? 😲💜

As cool as your intended idea would have been (very very), I do really like the unexpected and different contrast we got between the wood and epoxy -- looks almost ancient. Cheers and thank you for sharing!

This is absolutely beautiful. The wood, the resin and the shape of this amazing art piece is stunning! Your attention to detail is incredible! Great job! Bravo!
Thanks Mary
It does look exactly like jade, and the shape is very reminiscent of a japanese or chinese piece! Lovely! ❤️
Thanks
Lindo trabalho parabéns um grande abraço.
depending on what type of resin you used, waiting to pour it until it starts heating up will help the colors stay separated and not blend together. it can be tricky to time it just right. im sure you know all this. i dig the pale green regardless. that hint of pearl really sets it off. but the wood definitely steals the show :)
I think it looks cool. Some swirling in there…veining. Good job
Beautiful beyond Words 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Just beautiful
It’s gorgeous! You are so talented!
Beautiful little vase Andy.
Thanks 👍
This is so very gorgeous. It has this very antique vibe, very classy and I'm absolutely in love. Excellent work!

Like a lot of art work, you could look at this piece and see something different every time. Also I don't mind the colour and the opening on top is beautiful! Nice work Andy!
Cheers
Still looks amazing 👍🏽😊
You really do some awesome work sir.
Beautiful work. Talent in the next level.
Cheers
Yes, good work this time 👍🏻.
Another very lovely piece, Andy. Thankfully, the blue goo was transformed by the other colors and the end result became a neutral, compatible resin hue that's somewhat reminiscent of apple jade.
