Your videos on this build pushed me into trying to do it myself! Just made an order. I've done Bandai's Gundam kits for about 15 years, some of which I'm very proud of, but my impression is that the materials/specs on this line are less spot-on than what I'm used to, and more difficult to work around. Super excited to try something new, though! The MK line of suits/vehicles are really far out! Very Syd Mead-esque.
Looking good Will. It's great to see unusual subjects and this one is terrific. Can't wait for the next instalment. Also like your idea of the box review plus a test of the build quality. That gives much better feed back.
Oh, I gotta get me one a'dem! Can't wait to see how this progresses. Probably more so than any other build on the go by anyone at the moment. So no pressure.
For the engine mounting problem. Couldn't you have removed some of the material from the sides and just slide the engine in on the L shaped brackets? I have the Hasegawa Griffon and will try that. I'll let you know if it worked.
First of all I want to wish you well on your Cowboy affliction, hope you find a cure, lol. But seriously, I stumbled onto your channel looking for Mischinen Krieger stuff. And I like it. So I subscribed. Good review by the way.
+Martin Collmer ha! It's tough being a Cowboys fan, for sure. Hopefully time at my workbench will keep me from losing my mind this season. And thanks for the kind words about my videos. I just try to keep it real and imagined i'm chatting it up with my friends. :)
I will Will ha ha, gonna build the Sea Pig first though. Power suits have had my full attention since I discovered this world. Been seeing the prices drop a little on the Falke I find this pleasing

+Red Dragon ModelWerks you would do amazing things with one of these, brother. get one!
The seat fitment problem appears to be a matter of assembly sequence. In following the instructions there is no issue.
