I know alot of people hate on Vetements and Balenciaga for their oversized clothes but me personally I love the extra extra large baggy look. Especially the pants. It takes a certain someone to pull it off. Anyone that says it’s uninspiring or unoriginal or a copy of Margiela wouldn’t understand. I love old school Margiela but this you can say is inspired by Maison but definitely not a photocopy. It’s got a rock/grunge/pop/hip hop look to it.

All he has done so far since his time as CD at Vetements is reuse and recycle old things done by Demna, this collection was more of a therapy move for Guram being pissed at Demna. Also bold to say that Vetements soundtrack is better than Balenciaga, In my opinion that is a hard disagree-- as what BFRND is doing with the Balenciaga soundtrack is fantastic for the visionary of each runway. Ps all the graphics used in this runway were bites at previous work done by Demna, such as the speed hunters hoodie that Guram just used the original graphic of inspo from the backstreet boys, (lazy asf if you ask me), then the collab with south park was a bite at the balenciaga simpsons collab, the (not moms favorite) was a shot on how Demna got their mom to open his show that he didnt invite Guram to and their mom wouldn't walk for Guram lol. So idk what you see out of this show, if you like it thats all you, enjoy whatever you want. But to make a bold statement that it was better than Balenciaga-- when being simply one of the laziest collections that we waited 5 years for is quite odd.
