Hi Carlos. Check the SDCMOA website (San Diego County Motor Officer's Ass'n). If no event is posted, just write to them via the "Contact" page. I retired and moved to Texas, so I am no longer affiliated... Good luck, and thanx for watching.
Something wrong with the video, can't hear the audio of the bikes? Throttle control, can't hear it. Acceleration, can't hear it. Gear change, can't hear it. Tire noises, can't hear it. Just some old music instead of the actual audio which matches the video and is hugely important for a control skills video, imo.
Thanx for watching. If this were an instructional/technical video I would have included an expert voiceover, closeups of specific maneuvers, Hero Camera footage from riders' perspective, etc. This was just for entertainment, so I tried to show the action from different angles and perspectives with a bed of music I like to keep it flowing.
@@CarnivoreJim thanks for the reply. It's a good video, I just like to hear to actual sound the matches what I'm seeing. Perhaps it's possible to blend both the bike and the music. Hens a nice day.
I was Terry Bennett's Cadet Sgt at ECPD. He was a great guy and was so sorry to have to attend his funeral
Many years ago, but completing LAPD motor school was one of my greatest accomplishments and memories. KMA
I heard somewhere that those guys are “elite” riders. By no means an easy test. Kudos.
Great music!
LOL Barney at the end...awesome!!
Thanx! Loved that old show... (still watch the reruns) - Barney just seemed a perfect fit. :)
I'd be flat out doing that on my bicycle, hats off to the SKILL !!!.
Could probably do it, Would take out about 70 cones though
Mostly BMW, but also Harley Road King (Police Special) and Honda ST1300
I want to be able to control my bike like them.. Darn. I need some protection on my bike to confidently try.
Wow
3:20 I thought that's MJ :)
Will there be a 2021 event? If so, when and where?

What kind of bikes are they using?
5 years too late, but BMW R1200RTs I believe. Someone correct me if I’m mistaken.
