For Liliya Waldyr, ive found that going full magic tree for both is very helpful (some points allocated to skill tree on both) It gives a massive amount of damage, and it helps in PVE and PVP. Just a suggestion
For considering liliya's buffs you should consider that your allies will be giving you buffs from artifacts and from their skills also. I don't think treating her as not having the ability to buff just herself is taking into account that if you are fighting multiple people, you will also have multiple allies around you, who will be buffing you. IE Theia, Tear of Arbon, Springbird feather, etc (behemoth summons often buff also on summon). After first big fights you should check combat logs to see how often you are under the effects of a buff.
One thing Chisgule, I'd advise you to not go into the Mage tree so early. Those 8 points could unlock Magic Skill Crit for you and it's top tier for Liliya
I find it hilarious when people rallying forts (In BDO4 rn) just annihilate the fort is seconds with Liliya. On another note, I can't wait for the pass 1 fight, gonna be super fun. Keep up the great work! :)
In all honesty I think the peacekeeping tree is being a little bit underrated here, in the end you gan get 5x100exp books and additional rss per kill, making her an excellent farming hero for the first weeks of the game. Think about it this way, you level up a Tier S+ hero, while you gain exp books tl level up weaker heroes, and when you need her for PvP, you do reset the talents and go for a PvP build, at this point you will probably have Eliana 5-5-1-1 so she can be your pacekeeping farmer now!
How come you can switch between talent presets without paying 1K of gems? I’m trying to have several builds, based on your awesome advice, but it’s 1K gems every time that I want to switch 😭

Now the next bundle available is at $19.99 so did I just completely miss out on the chance for the liliya tokens in the previous $$ bundle? I wasn't even thinking it would be a problem and raised my VIP level before buying.
so rage on the left side of the screen nah mobility is needed cause mages are litteraly the slowest unit in the game , pairing part lilya plus velyn is really nice cause it has the highest damage burst 1200 on both so if your running it with a proper artifact it is a nuke. of course you could use other heroes also but that is the highest dps option now if you dont want to commit to damage theia as a secondary is cancer cause she actualy has 2 shields when fully awakened so she is a safe option mind you i love her more with tanks.

Definitely she is like minamoto in steroids 😅 I think there making early season commanders op so they can keep up the test of time and not to do the same mistakes for example as Julius cesar or Frederick the 1 in Rok
