Now, this was a great interview. I remember as a kid in the 70s, we would get stoned and play Alice Cooper's Telephone is Ringing on 78. But, on a serious note, as an art major and guitar player, I always knew the importance of protecting your ears. In the 1980s, I joined the Army for college money and had no idea that I would suffer with permanent hearing loss. Hearing protection was always a big part of Army training. However, hearing protection does not stop the concussion from a 105mm howitzer. Half of what I used to hear was tinnitus. I was about to give up playing guitar, and then I received a new set of hearing aids from the VA. Unlike my old hearing aids that amplified everything, these are full-blown sound processors. I even have an app to control everything. Now I can hear things that the other band members can't. God bless Alice Cooper for his involvement with hearing awareness.
I've interviewed several hundred music artists and performers--including Alice in 1989. Alice is one of the nicest, funniest, and most down to earth people on the planet. God speed Alice!
I have had the pleasure of enduring Minieres. Great fun! Still have continued to work at protecting my hearing, to the point of nagging the bandmates to keep an 'ear' on their volume..... of course, it also makes it easier to get a good mix on stage. So much easier for the soundman!
Alice Cooper fan here since the mid 70's. My question - does Alice Cooper wear hearing aids on stage or does he stick with IEMs that are mixed by FOH guy that are tailored to his hearing loss? I'm a musician and I wear hearing aids - the HA's are not always so good on stage at band-stage volume. My fav AC song - No more mister nice guy.
Great content, as always! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
I'm going to start using Shakespeare as a verb, to mean the act of repurposing. I'm also going to reattribute it to me if someone is already using it that way.

Yep, the Boomer's right ear is WOUNDED! LOL - it's the "cone of silence" - I don't even know if a hearing aid would help me with it.

I applaud AC for just about everything he does but you lose me when "christian" enters the conversation...
You should see what the other one is 😂yeah I get it 👏👏👏
