The essence of taking budget to the legislation is for them to go through if there’s a need for amendments/adjustments after been prepared by the executive & it should be recommended to the executive to do the needful, if necessary. thereafter, the both parties will agreed & approve the budget. Budget is not taken to the legislative body to be adding figures by themselves, in fact, it’s criminal in nature &!barbaric…

Kasim Afegbua is being clever by half. He seems not to know that Mr Ningi has two copies of the budgets. One of 25 trillion Naira (approved),and another one of 28 Trillion Naira (Disputed). Mr Afegbua is a very dishonest someone from Edo state. A sweet talker, who tells a lot of lies in the name of politics.
